Learning Tai Chi


TAI CHI CLASS

The Class will teach Yang Style Short
Form Tai Chi in a relaxed and friendly
atmosphere. 

This graceful form of exercise can be
practiced by people of any age of
level of fitness. The class welcomes
people from complete beginners, to
those with experience of the form.

We would recommend students
wearing loose and comfortable 
clothing and soft shoes or trainers.

The class may begin with a session to
help calm the body & mind by concentrating on the breath. This will
be followed by a number of warm up
exercises, before moving onto
developing and practising the Form.

Depending on the levels of experience,
the class may be split into two
sections when working on the Form.
This will allow for the beginners to
taught the moves at a pace that suits
them, whilst the more proficient
students can work on perfecting their
techniques.
